This award is no longer offered because funding for the program ceased.

USA TODAY previously sought outstanding juniors and seniors for its annual All-USA College Academic Teams. The 20 students named to the 1st team won trophies and $2,500 cash awards and were featured in USA TODAY as representatives of all outstanding undergraduates. Forty more students were named to the 2nd and 3rd teams. They were named in the paper and received certificates.
