Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship

The Rangel Program is a merit and need-based U.S. State Department program. The Bureau of Global Talent Management and Howard University collaboratively administer the program, which prepares outstanding individuals for careers as diplomats in the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service. The program seeks individuals committed to shaping a freer, more secure, and prosperous world by formulating, representing, and implementing U.S. foreign policy. Grounded in the belief that diverse perspectives strengthen diplomacy, the program fosters a comprehensive approach to global challenges.
