Buchanan Transfer Fellowship Technical Issues

If you have technical issues accessing the application, check your browser. Google Chrome works best for these forms. Second, ensure you accept cookies if prompted [click Accept in the blue band at the top of the page]. Otherwise, the application will not work correctly. 

You do not have to complete the application in one session, but please save every 30 minutes or so. Please complete and submit your application several days before the deadline to avoid any technical issues or computer challenges that may occur. The Honors College is not responsible for any technical challenges or computer issues that may occur.

If you continue to have technical problems with your PipelineMT account or Buchanan Transfer Fellowship Application, please contact help@mtsu.edu or 615-898-5345. If you contact help@mtsu.edu or call 615-898-5345, please tell them your name and M-number. Inform them that you need help creating your pipeline account. 

As of February 15, an alternate application will be available. This version does not require an M-Number or the Pipeline username and password to be set up. Please follow the directions below to create your username and password for the alternate version without worrying about technical issues.

All parts of the application are still required for this version. For an overview of the steps involved, please review steps 3-5 on this Buchanan Transfer Fellowship webpage.

When you click on the link below, please accept the cookies first. Then, look under the “username & password” fields and click on the option to Create a New Account. You will need to create your username and password for this application. Please also write down the username and password so you can access it later. You must also provide a personal email address to verify the account before accessing the Transfer Fellowship Application. Once you have created the account, you can save drafts of your application. You can reaccess it by logging into the system through the same link below until the deadline – click on the “Pending/Draft forms” link to access your saved application.

This link will only be active between February 15, 2026, and March 1, 2026.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE IN THE SYSTEM BY MARCH 1 by 11:59 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) without any technical issues.
